Blackfoot ISEA Summer Convention
Fellow Elk Members and Guests,
The members of Blackfoot Elks Lodge #1416 cordially invite you to allow us to be your hosts for the 89th Annual Summer Convention of the Idaho State Elks Association June 2-4th, 2011. The Blackfoot Lodge is looking forward to enjoying your company, facilitating camaraderie with your fellow Elks, and just plain helping you have a rip-roaring good time while you’re here.
The Convention Committee is working very hard to ensure you will have plenty to do during your time in Blackfoot, from Bowling to Karaoke to Hula to Golf. As always, courtesy cars will be available for the duration of the convention, and we stand ready to assist with any special needs you may have.
Enclosed you will find the registration form for the Convention, signup sheets for the Golf Tournament and Bowling Tournament, as well as helpful suggestions for things to do while visiting our Fair City. (OK, Town, then. Sheesh.)
We have designated the Best Westem as the Convention Headquarters Hotel, and all of the Blackfoot Lodging sites are included in this mailing. Keep an eye on our web page at http://blackfoot-elks.org for breaking news, updates, and other fun stuff.
We look forward to seeing you in June!
Fraternally yours,
DeDe Tyson, Exalted Ruler
