Elks Rehab Hospital is the Northwest's premier provider of rehabilitation services. For over 62 years, we have given people with stroke, traumatic brain injury, orthopedic disorders, spinal cord injuries or other illnesses the chance to live life to its fullest. Our interdisciplinary team of physical, occupational and speech therapists, nurses, and other staff challenge our patients to reach their highest goals. Families are supported with compassion and education to move towards recovery.
Admissions
Patients are admitted to the Elks Rehab System through a referring physician

Rehabilitation Services
Elks Rehab System provides a broad range of services for both acute and sub-acute patients. Programs and services include stroke, brain injury, orthopedics, pediatrics, spinal cord injury, wound care and hyperbaric medicine, hearing and balance, and Meals on Wheels. Outpatient and inpatient services also include dietary, movement disorders, recreational therapy, audiology, hearing aids, physical therapy, social services, driver’s training, occupational therapy, speech pathology, and evaluation clinics.
Multiple Locations
The Elks Rehab Hospital’s main facility is located at 600 North Robbins Rd., Boise. Within this comprehensive facility, the hospital provides a wide range of therapies and programs.
Elks Hearing and Balance Center is located at 510 N. 2nd St., Boise; St. Luke’s – Meridian, Suite 1225; St. Luke’s – Eagle, Suite 2108, Eagle; 220 10th Ave. South, Nampa; and 1182 SW 4th, Ontario, Oregon, for audiology and balance diagnoses. A joint venture of the Elks Rehab System and St. Luke’s Regional Medical Center, St. Luke’s – Elks Rehab, provides outpatient therapy and rehabilitation programs at these locations: 600 N. Robbins Rd.; 201 W. Boise Ave., Suite 105; 2999 N. Lake Harbor Lane, Suite 120; 703 Americana Blvd., Suite 130; 12072 W. McMillan Road; Boise Hand Clinic, 311 W. Idaho Street; Pediatrics, 600 Riverpark Lane, Suite 105, all in Boise.
