Encourage all lodge officers to participate in the Ritual contests. Secure assistance from the Grand Lodge Ritualistic Committeeman, and hold a ritual clinic for the purpose of instructing the officers, coaches, and judges on any changes to the ritual procedures which were made by the Grand Lodge Ritual Committee. Conduct testing for the certification of new judges and re-certification of all current judges. Urge officers to properly perform the ritual and conduct District and State Ritual Contests. Promote an Eleven O’Clock Toast and Exalted Rulers Flag Charge contest on the state level.
